Prasanna started traveling when she was 8 years old.
She has visited many places across the globe including Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Egypt, South Africa, India, the USA, and Canada.
Her passion for travel (and the mesmerizing beauty of Canada) brought her to British Columbia to study Tourism Experience Management at Thompson Rivers University, Kamloops.
When not sharing her passion with fellow travelers, she is very creative and loves painting, writing stories, and exploring new cuisines.
What is your favorite place in Canada?
As a nature lover, I have always loved Banff — it has to be my favorite place in Canada. From dense greenery all around to the breathtaking lake views, and beautiful Icefield experience, Banff is a place I can never get tired of.
What is your best travel memory in Canada?
My best travel memory has to be visiting Niagara Falls. I spent the entire day exploring the falls in every way I could! From the Canadian side, I saw the falls from both the water on the Hornblower cruise and from behind in ‘Journey Behind the Falls.’ To end the day, I took a helicopter tour showing a beautiful 360-degree view of the Falls from the sky. At night, the Niagara Falls Illumination lights up the water and made for a perfect end to this beautiful trip.
What one thing in Canada should you experience at least once in your life?
The spectacular aurora borealis and beautiful hot spring experiences in Banff National Park in winter are a once-in-a-lifetime experience that everyone should experience.
