What is your favorite place in Canada?
For me, hands down it would have to be Vancouver! I think it has everything for everyone and is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The scenery is stunning, the food is eclectic and to die for and where else in Canada can you walk from the heart of the downtown core and be right at the beach in a matter of minutes?!
Tell us about a special discovery that you’ve made in Canada.
I absolutely adore Moraine Lake. It’s not an attraction that comes to tourists minds right away, but the colour of the water is perfection that it’s hard to believe it’s even actually real! Everyone always thinks Lake Louise is the most stunning lake in the Rockies, but I think it has some competition.
What is your best travel memory in Canada?
Staying at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria in a Harbour View room is quite a special experience. Opened in 1908, the hotel is a step back in time to the Victorian era and all of the rooms have undergone modern renovations while still restoring this iconic property’s original charm.
